Abstract: Robert R. Herring was president and CEO for Houston Natural Gas Corporation from 1967 to 1981. He gave many speeches to civic and professional societies during the time period 1957-1980, with the bulk of his speeches delivered in the 1970’s. This collection contains typewritten and handwritten notes of many of his speeches.
